Our organic peppermint oil is extracted from selected peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita) from controlled organic cultivation in Thessaly and meets the requirements for high-quality food grade. Peppermint has been an integral part of European and Mediterranean culinary culture for centuries and is traditionally used for its clear, fresh aroma.

The essential oil has an intensely cool, menthol-like flavor profile, which gives food and drinks, among other things, a refreshing, clear note. In the kitchen, it is particularly popular for flavoring desserts, chocolate, pastries, syrups, lemonades, cocktails, teas, and herbal blends. In modern gourmet cuisine, peppermint oil also serves as a precise flavoring agent for innovative recipe ideas.
