Shipping policy

I. Shipping costs and information:

The goods are delivered in accordance with the selected payment terms. Shipping takes place within 1-3 working days. The buyer is asked to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to report any complaints to the seller and the freight forwarder as quickly as possible. The warranty claims remain unaffected. If the buyer is a consumer, the seller bears the shipping risk in any case, regardless of the shipping method (insured or uninsured) and the resulting shipping costs. If the buyer is not a consumer, delivery and dispatch are at his own risk.

 

By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below for private customers. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DHL/Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS, GLS or a freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

 

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (insert email address) and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible -  inform us about the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

 

Free Shipping:

We do not charge any shipping costs for shipping within Germany. These are delivered free of charge by us.

 

II. Shipping outside Germany

Due to changes in the law, we currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Switzerland
  • USA

 

Weight-dependent shipping:

Our shipping costs depend on the weight; you can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page:

 

For shipping to Switzerland, we charge CHF 18.96 for parcels up to 5 kg. We deliver free of charge for orders over CHF 120.

For shipping to the USA we charge a flat rate of €100 for parcels up to 5 kg. Dollar. We deliver free to your home for orders over $350.

 

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). I. For shipments within and outside Germany

For deliveries within and outside Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Debit and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Union Pay) via Shopify Payments (payment service provider)

2. Purchase on invoice via Klarna through Shopify Payments (payment service provider)

3. SOFORT purchase via Klarna through Shopify Payments (payment service provider)

4. Apple Pay

5. Google Pay

6. Delivery on invoice (payment in advance)

 

II. Detailed information on the individual payment methods

1. Credit card via Shopify Payments

Pay conveniently by debit or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AmEx, Union Pay.

2. Klarna Invoice and SOFORT via Shopify Payments

Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date the goods are shipped. Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer) – Pay simply and directly.
"Sofort" is the direct transfer method provided by Sofort GmbH – a Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without the need for registration – now featuring the new Klarna design. The merchant receives real-time confirmation once the transfer is complete. This allows for the immediate dispatch of in-stock items and digital goods, meaning you receive your purchases faster. Please note that payment via instant bank transfer is only available for orders up to a maximum value of €100.00.

3. Apple Pay

You can pay using Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by completing the required verification steps. 4. Google Pay

You can pay using Google Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device by completing the required verification steps. 5. Payment by invoice (payment in advance)

After receiving the invoice, please transfer the amount due to our bank account. We will ship the goods once payment has been received.
