Our organic lemon oil is extracted from the peels of sun-ripened organic lemons grown on the slopes of the Pelion mountains, obtained via cold pressing, and meets the requirements for high-quality food grade standards. Lemon has been a staple of Mediterranean cuisine for centuries and is loved worldwide for its fresh, vibrant aromatic notes.
This essential oil has a clear, fruity, and slightly tangy flavor profile, adding a natural freshness to food and drinks. It is versatile in the kitchen – used for flavoring desserts, pastries, chocolate, honey, syrups, teas, lemonades, cocktails, and creative beverage concoctions.
