Our organic lavender oil is obtained from selected lavender flowers from certified organic cultivation in Thessaly and meets the requirements for high-quality food grade. For centuries, lavender has been an integral part of Mediterranean culinary culture and is traditionally prized in both savory and sweet recipes.

This essential oil is characterized by a fine, floral, and slightly herbaceous aroma. It gives dishes an elegant, floral note and is particularly suitable for flavoring desserts, pastries, chocolate, honey, syrups, lemonades, tea blends, and creative beverages. In modern gourmet cuisine, lavender oil is also used specifically to create contrasts and refine flavor profiles.
